Holistic pulsing

A very gentle, safe therapy suitable for all ages or state of health. People lay down fully clothed on my therapy table and gentle, rhythmic, rocking movements are used to encourage the body to relax and let go. Muscles that were rigid and tense, relax and free up, releasing tension, helping you to feel more relaxed and peaceful. Sessions for ten to fifteen minutes are very effective in relaxing the body and mind. Having five minutes of Pulsing before Inner Healing work helps the body to relax quicker and can also promote relaxing after a Counselling session, especially if we have worked on some deeper levels.
